Chordata
Chordata is a phyla that has organisms with the most developed brains of all the phyla's and the most complex nervous systems. They all have spinal cords. Chordata includes many different animals. It includes animals such as lions, fish, and birds.
The Lions nervous system is very much like the human's nervous system. They have brains, spinal cords, and nerves. Though the nervous system resembles somewhat of a humans, their brains are not as developed. Their nerves are used to sense touch.

The nervous system of a fish are highly developed around the brain. They have well developed eye sight and they can see color almost as well as humans do. They have extraordinary sense of taste and smell. Their nerves connect to different organs through their spinal cord.

Birds have similar nervous systems like other vertebrates. They have sensory organs such as eyes and ears. They have a little sense of smell. Birds usually have 38 pairs of spinal nerves, that spread throughout the body from the spinal cord.
